Every profile in our database represents a soldier whose service deserves to be remembered. Many of these stories have been made possible thanks to the generous support of veterans’ families, friends, historians, and researchers who have shared photographs, documents, and personal memories with us.

To ensure the accuracy and integrity of our database, new profiles can only be created by members of our editorial team. If you would like to add a soldier to the project, simply complete the submission form below. Using the information you provide, we will research, prepare, and publish the profile in collaboration with you whenever possible.

If you are unsure how to answer a particular question, simply leave it blank and continue to the next one. You are not required to complete every field, and you may omit any information you prefer not to have published.
